By using idos42-2.com and/or by placing an order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sale set forth on this page “Terms and Conditions of Sale”. You are required to read and understand the “Terms and Conditions of Sale” before placing an order. To purchase an item on idos42-2.com, you must have a valid Canadian address and be 18 years of age or older.
At any point and time, the products or services shown on idos42-2.com does not imply or warrant that these products or services are always available at all times. We reserve the right to withdraw the sale of any product or service at any time. We also reserve the right to change, from time to time, the Terms and Conditions of Sale without providing any prior notice to you. The Terms and Conditions of Sale which will apply to your order will be those displayed on idos42-2.com at the time when you placed your order.
Prices showed on idos42-2.com do not include taxes and delivery charges. Delivery charges vary according to the size, weight and delivery address of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly stated during the payment process.
In Canada, idos42.2 levies the sales tax on the products purchased through this Web site. The percentage of sales tax applicable on an order depends on the delivery address. The GST is 5% (goods and services tax) and is added on all orders in all provinces. In addition, the PST of 9.975% (provincial sales tax) is added on all orders in Québec.
The “buy online” option is available through idos42-2.com. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. If we are unable to fulfil your order, for whatever reason, we will contact you as soon as possible. In the event we have already received payment of your order, we will attempt to reimburse you by using the same payment method that you had chosen. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements must be made, an idos42.2 representative will contact you to proceed with the reimbursement.
idos42.2 is most efficient in accepting and dealing with orders and does it utmost to deliver your order at a residential address, post office, a place where parcels can be picked-up or at another address in Canada and according to your chosen delivery option.
idos42.2 does everything possible to ship orders in the fastest way. We use our best efforts to ship items 3 to 7 days after order confirmation. Although we strive to ship your order within this period of time, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events.
You may cancel your order by completing the Return of Products form available online at idos42-2.com. If you experience problems when filling-out the form, you may contact us by email at info@idos42-2.com. In the event that you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the products ordered immediately upon their receipt by following the above procedure.
From the date of purchase, you may cancel or return your goods up to thirty (30) days after receipt of the goods ordered. If your products have already been paid, you will then receive reimbursement at the price paid at the time of the purchase, delivery charges are not refundable. If you choose to keep only certain items of your order and wish to partially cancel your order, shipping charges are not refundable. If one or more product is defective, you are then entitled to a refund of the defective product(s), shipping charges and you will not be charged for the return cost.
We will refund you using the same method of payment used for the payment of the products and as quickly as possible after receipt of your order cancellation provided that we have received the returned goods. Upon your authorization, we may use another method for reimbursement.
If the product you have received is defective, you must rapidly inform us by email at info@idos42-2.com and return the product according to our above-mentioned return policy. If a product is deemed to be defective, idos42.2 will fully refund or exchange the product. Provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions of Sale are without prejudice to any applicable law.
idos42.2 guarantees full reimbursement of all returned products according to section 6 herein (Refund / Order Cancellation) provided that the products are returned in the same condition as received which means that the products are free of any damage, that they are unworn, unstained, unwashed and that all hang tags are intact. Enter your banking information when placing your order with a credit card. The applicable amount will immediately be charged to your credit card. idos42.2 reserves the right to check a credit card’s validity, a customer’s creditworthiness compared to the value of his order and the accuracy of his address. We may refuse orders depending on the outcome of the credit checks. For online payments, we use the payment platform Monético from Desjardins and Paypal. Please note that we cannot accept payment through debit cards and cash as a mechanism for payment on idos42-2.com. The legal invoice will be forwarded to you by email with the shipping confirmation.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall exclude or limit the liability of idos42.2 regarding any matter for which it would be otherwise illegal to limit or exclude such liability. In the event we breach the Terms and Conditions of Sale, idos42.2 will be held liable, but only to the extent of such losses, if any, which can be reasonably expected from such a breach.
idos42.2 cannot be held liable for any indirect losses caused by any breach, for example any loss of profit or loss of opportuniy, or by our failure to ensure delivery of the goods or by our failure to meet any of our obligations herein if such failure is due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability regarding any loss or damage arising in connection with your order placed on idos42-2.com will be limited to the total price of your order, including all costs related thereto.
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display our products’ features, including their composition and colours. The colour that you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer or any other device will display the actual colours. Therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by your computer equipment.
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights included in the idos42.2 website remain the property of idos42.2.
